A ransomware outage at a meat processor or a compromised feed system doesn’t just cost money, it can empty shelves and put animal and human health at risk. Samantha and Kristin will get into how cyber-physical systems across the food supply chain, from ag-tech in the field to distribution and retail, are exposed to insider threats, ransomware, and nation-state activity, and what cascading failure looks like when food, water, and energy systems are all leaning on each other. Expect practical talk, not theory, and plenty of room for your questions.
